I purchased a Garden Tower 2 on discount last year. The discount was part of a greenhouse giveaway and I think everyone who didn’t win the top 2 prizes, got the discount.
After taking a vacation, we came back to notice that the AC wasn’t
cooling. We had issues with it heating the previous month. And, it
wasn’t good news.
We had just got off of the Prince Charming Carousel and noticed The Sword in the Stone. There were some other kids trying to lift it and get pictures, so we told Dean to step back and wait his turn. Then, fireworks shot off from Cinderella’s Castle behind us and these two characters appeared. After humiliating a couple of grown men, Dean was picked to give a try.
We spent the majority of the week away in warmer lands and came back to
soggy grounds. While most of the garden has seem to enjoy the large
amounts of rain, the weeds have enjoyed it more.
As part of my plan to improve my raspberry growing in order to sell
plants, I built a raised garden box using Oldcastle Garden Wall Blocks.
The hardest part was the digging.
We had a little bit of rain this week and an overcast weekend. Due to other plants, I was only able to get one project done, but the garden keeps going, even if I’m not there.
After having issues last week, I checked back in on my transplanted seeds and was not happy. However, I did make progress elsewhere in the yard, especially in the side micro-garden.
With my small earnings from selling some raspberry plants, I purchased a BAMBECO Bee House. The bee house is aimed at attracting solitary bees in order to help improve garden pollination. I take a look at it and set it up in my garden.
The first day of spring is here! Spent some time weeding the flower garden, but then ended up sick for the rest of the day. The yellowing leaves in the seed trays was probably due to too much water, so time to remedy that situation. Also, spring does provide for some surprises in the garden.
